Well, Jacob is getting a new spiderman bike from Grandpa when he visits next week. It's an early birthday gift, and I'll post pictures then. And alas, Brian got a new bike too. This is going to be his new ride to work (with the nice bonus of getting 75 miles to the gallon.) He is quite excited and wonders why he didn't get one years ago.

Allen will be very jealous, he'll want to visit soon once he sees these photos! He's asking if Brian will sort a Grand Canyon walk - and what time of year would be best? I need to talk to you to see if we should just drive straight on Saturday or stay Grand Junction Way and arrive on Sunday. What do you think?

Brian said probably October, as he'll need to get permits. Brian's email is: basweatland @ yahoo.com. Does Allen share your same email? They'll need to nail down dates soon, so they should talk directly and see what their schedules come up with.
Oh, if it were me, I'd plow straight through. It'll be a rough day, but I think it's better to get it done with. Plus that will give us Sunday to go to the beach as well. How long are you planning to stay? I'll be working some that week, but I'll have Monday and Tuesday off for sure.
